Tips to Finish Strong in the 4th Quarter of 2022

Can you believe it’s almost the end of the 3rd quarter? Seriously, in less than 24 hours, we will be in the 4th quarter of the year!

Just in case you need a “push,” here’s one:

  1. Be intentional. Instead of “I only have three months to complete my 2022 goals list,” tell yourself: “these last few months will be greater than the last nine!” Don’t just say it, strategically plan for it and do the work!
  2. Acknowledge windows of opportunity. That is putting it nicely. In layman’s terms: you know exactly what you need to do, you just need to do it. This is why being intentional makes all the difference between success and failure. You absolutely can accomplish anything in three months versus nine. Don’t bemoan or belabor a day longer.
  3. Breathe. Heading into the holiday season, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. There will be a lot of areas demanding your attention, which is why proper planning is so important. Be diligent about not procrastinating and finishing the year strong. Periods of rest, relaxation, and fun are just as important as your strategic plans because you need the proper balance for the fuel/energy needed to finish strong.

Let’s face it: the one thing we all have in common is time. Regardless of your ethnicity, geographic location, or socioeconomic background, everyone receives the same measure of time. What you do with your time makes all the difference in the world. Choose wisely.

Here’s to your success,
