Rise Resolute, Little Hearts aims to remind children of their immense strength within.  Inspired by stories shared on the Rise Resolute Podcast by diverse and inspiring female athletes, learning about the “mental toolbox” empowers children to be resilient in the face of adversity.  Encouraging our children to lean into growth through challenges can help them develop the mental skills needed to live vibrant, impactful, and fulfilling lives.
