Gina Meyer, leader and innovator in health and wellness and founder of ARC (Active Resolute Connected), has been practicing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2003 and knows how important our mental well-being and inner strength are in our ability to beat pain symptoms (or survive any struggle) in order to live vibrant lives full of joy and purpose. This, combined with her desire to honor her mother, who passed away in 2008 and was her very first model of strength, positivity, and love, led Gina to start the Rise Resolute Podcast focused on interviewing female athletes to discuss lessons they have learned through their individual struggles and triumphs. The podcast aims to empower listeners through mental skill development and connection.
